Kurt Bartley is the District 5790 Membership Chair. He joined Rotary in 2004 in Colorado Springs, continued with Denver Mile High Rotary 2007-16 (President 2014-15), and joined the Rotary Club of Arlington in 2017 (President 2021-22). He has been a Certified Advisor of Philanthropy and has been a specialist in planned giving (aka legacy giving, deferred giving) from 2011-16 with Regis University (Denver, CO) and recently 2016-2022 with the University of Texas at Arlington. Kurt has been married to Catherine since 1990 and they have a daughter, Sarah, living in Chicago.
