We are entering a new year and some of the club members may need to know the "Taxpayer Identification Number" and have a copy of form W-9 (for themselves or for others outside of the club).
We have two such forms: One for the Club's Foundation and on for the Club.
If you need this info in conjunction with payment of dues - see the W-9 for the Club.
If you need this info for making a payment for one of our fund raisers - see the W-9 for the foundation.
For the W-9's, go to https://rotaryclubofkeller.org/ and login to Member Area.
Under Admin, Admin in the "My Club Runner" section, select "View Club Documents".
For the Club's W-9, select "Club Information", then "Tax Information for the Club", then "W-9 for Rotary Club of Keller".
For the Foundation's W-9, select "Foundation Information", then "Tax Information for the Foundation", then "General Tax Information", then "W9 (most recent)"
